The international workshop “Leveraging plural values of mangroves for climate change mitigation and adaptation goals” jointly organized by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) of Viet Nam and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Details as follows:

1. Time: 20 and 21 November 2023.

2. Venue: Saigon Morin Hotel, 30 Le Loi street, Phu Hoi ward, Hue city, Thua Thien Hue province, Viet Nam.

3. Co-chairs: Vice Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Resident Representative of UNDP in Viet Nam, and Vice-Chairman of People’ Committee of Thua Thien Hue province.

The EMPoWR project “Ethnic minority girls, boys, young women and men use the digital space to understand and claim their rights, access support services and raise their voice towards policy makers” that is co-financed by the European Union (EU) and Plan International Belgium (2020-2023) and co-implemented by the Institute for Social Develeopment Studies and Plan International in Vietnam. The Project is approved by The VUSTA under the Decision No. 568/QDD-IHHVN dated 24/06/2020.
