Project Assistant
World Vision Vietnam (WVV) invites competent Vietnamese candidates for the following positions:
1. PROJECT ASSISTANT - Education working for the Area Development Program (ADP) Van Yen district, Yen Bai province:
Area Development Program (ADP) is an approach to child focused development, emphasizing the process of community participation, sustainability, and integrating activities in the areas of food security, agriculture, micro-enterprise, health, nutrition, education, water, and sanitation.
Main Responsibilities:
The position supports WV Vietnam to improve access to and quality of early childhood and primary education services. The position assists the Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring education activities of the ADP.
Requirements:
- University/college graduate, preferably in pedagogy or primary education.
- At least 1 year relevant or community development working experience.
- Good reading and report writing skills in English.
- Good computer skills (word processing, excel).
- Work at district level.
2. PROJECT ASSISTANT – Capacity Building cum M&E working for the Area Development Program (ADP) Van Yen district, Yen Bai province:
Main Responsibilities:
This position aims to support WV Vietnam to improve the quality of Capacity Building Project in Van Yen Area Development Program and to improve the quality of Design, Implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation (DIME) system of the ADP.
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably Community Development Management and/or Economics or related fields.
- At least 1 year working experiences in community development.
- Knowledge and work experience on Monitoring & Evaluation and management of information systems is preferred.
- Good skills in training and capacity building.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good computer skills (word processing, excel).
- Basic English skills with good reading skills.We

3. PROJECT ASSISTANT – Sponsorship/Admin (2 positions) working for the Area Development Program in Muong Cha and Tuan Giao district, Dien Bien province.
Main Responsibilities: The position assists the ADP Manager in maintaining efficient and effective Sponsorship Service Operations, Sponsorship programming and Child Monitoring to make sure that the World Vision International sponsorship service standards and policies are met.
Requirements:
- University/College graduate in any field (preferably in Community Development, Social work or English).
- Have experience in working with children and/or working for community development projects.
- Capacity building experience is helpful.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese (Candidate can communicate in H’Mong and Thai language is preferred)
- Good computer skills (word processing, excel).
- Work at district level (Muong Cha or Tuan Giao)
