Consultant team, WWF-Greater Mekong

WWF-Greater Mekong is seeking a motivated consultant team who will conduct a review work with the project team and partners in Laos and Vietnam. The consultant team will be working with the project team in Laos and Vietnam as well as regional level to review the works done by the project over the last 3 years. The team will be supervised by the regional project manager for all works under the framework of the ToR.

Working location: Hanoi, Vientiane with some travel required to the field in Vietnam and Laos.

Key requirements:

The Consultant team shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• For Team Leader:
  
  • Minimum Master degree (PhD preference) in the field of forestry, environmental science, social science, development practice or related areas
  • Proven strong understanding and at least 05 years of experience on FLEGT , and VPA, LD, TLAS in Vietnam and/or Laos;
  • Track-record experience in conducting project evaluations;?
  • Having at least 05 years experience working with CSOs/NGOs on community forestry and/or SMEs;
  • Experience in working with the FLEGT Standing Office in Laos and Vietnam will be advantage;
  • Track-record experience in working as team leader of a consultancy team;
  • Very good skills in report writing;
  • Very good command of English (written).

• For Team Members:
  
  • Bachelor degree in the field of forestry, environmental science, social science, development practice or related areas;
  • Proven strong understanding and at least 03 years of experience on FLEGT , and VPA, LD, TLAS in Vietnam and Laos;
  • Track-record experience in conducting project evaluations/researches/studies;
  • Having at least 05 years experience working with CSOs/NGOs on community forestry and/or SMEs;
  • Experience in working with the FLEGT Standing Office in Laos and Vietnam will be advantage;
  • Skills working with the team;
  • Very good command of English.
