Consultant at WWF

Please be informed that WWF-Vietnam is seeking for consultancy to conduct on trainings of responsible shrimp farming management, water quality monitoring, recording procedures and food and occupational safety complying with ASC shrimp standards at two shrimp farm in Soc Trang and Bac Lieu provinces (The detailed TOR is attached herewith for your reference.)

The aims of this service is to do trainings of responsible shrimp farming management, water quality monitoring, recording procedures and food and occupational safety risks for workers/staffs and relevant stakeholders (local authorities, other farmers relating with Huy Long An shrimp farm) complying with ASC shrimp standards

Expected qualifications of the consultants:

Consultants should include an expertise group having related background in environment, aquaculture, food technology, agricultural economics, farming management or relevant subjects.

Knowledge/Expertise: Minimum 6-year experience on technical consultant in aquaculture, particular in shrimp aquaculture in compliance with responsible international standards.

Experiences: Experience on international standards as Global GAP, ASC… in aquaculture.

Skills and Abilities: Good at trainings for workers, shrimp farmers and communication as well as understand local context.
