Consultants to Conduct End-of-Project Evaluation

Since its presence in Vietnam (1996), Caritas Switzerland in Vietnam (Caritas) has been committed to improving the lives of poor and marginalized people through demand-based and right-based approaches to help address local development issues. Caritas focuses its support on Human Rights and Social Justice, Sustainable Livelihood, Water and Sanitation, and Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction.

The Quan Ba Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP) has been the biggest project of the Sustainable Livelihood theme. The first phase of the ICDP was deployed over the period 2003-2009.  The second phase (ICDP II) has been operating since October 2009 and will end in December 2014.

We are seeking one international consultant and one Vietnamese consultant to conduct an end-of-project evaluation of the ICDP II with the TOR as attached.
