Consultants to Conduct Surveys

VIE/035 is currently recruit consultants for conducting two (2) surveys to serve purposes of Department of Planning & Investment (DPI) of Tuyen Quang province.  The two surveys are: 

(i) Survey to assess institutional barriers, opportunities and challenges, which have been affecting to implementation and management of Investment Promotion Centre (IPC) under DPI, investment promotion programs as an input to improving Tuyen Quang province's provincial competitiveness index (PCI) and

(ii) Survey to assess level of satisfaction by clients/enterprises on quality of services, which have been delivered through One Window Approach, under Tuyen Quang DPI and attitude of DPI's servants in provision of services to support client/enterprises through One Window Approach.
