Consultants for Project Final Evaluation

Caritas Switzerland Office in Vietnam is actively seeking for qualified consultants to carry out the final evaluation of our IE Quang Binh Project (Early Identification, Intervention and Inclusive Education for Children with (Hearing-) Disabilities in Quang Binh province). The main goal of the project is to increase access to quality education for children with disabilities, following the fundamental rights of children on education and participation in the community.

Interested consultants are invited to send their CV, technical proposal (no more than 5 pages) and financial proposal (budget) addressing their understanding of the assignment, an evaluation plan including methodology, tools and process (work plan including dates) as well as reference details to the email address [email protected] by 5pm, 22nd March 2017.
