International Consultant for Development of a Feasible Proposal for Applying an Environmental Performance Index (EPI) at Provincial Level

UNDP Viet Nam is seeking an international consultant for development of a Feasible Proposal for Applying an Environmental Performance Index (EPI) at Provincial Level in Viet Nam for project Strengthening Capacity on Natural Resources and Environment Policy Development and Environmental Performance (NREP).

Objective of the assignment is to, in an iterative process, scope, develop and pilot a feasible EPI for Provincial level in line with Viet Nam conditions, core policy priorities, data availability and institutional capacity.

The assignment is estimated for 40 working days during the period July 2014 – May 2015. The selected consultant will work home based and in Hanoi, Vietnam and will have maximum of 15 working days for three missions to Hanoi.
