National Consultants to Develop E-learning Lessons for Information Technology and Philosophy of Grade 6 for Hearing and Visual Impairements

CRS is looking for a qualified Vietnamese consultant group for the following tasks:

NATIONAL CONSULTANTS TO DEVELOP E-LEARNING LESSONS FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND PHILOLOGY OF GRADE 6 FOR CHILDREN WITH HEARING AND VISUAL IMPAIREMENTS

Project: "Enhancing access and quality of inclusive education through information technology for children with disabilities"

Duration: 1 May 2014 to 31 August 2014

ToRs (in English and Vietnamese) are attached for details.

Requirements:

• MA/PhD in Education;
• To have knowledge, and working experience in education, technical expertise in special education, specifically in the above two subjects;
• The consultant in charge of material development must have knowledge and experience in e-learning;
• To be expert in distance learning education and using IT to enhance education opportunity for CwD;
• Ability to connect with consultants who developed the distance learning website for CwD, the first material development consultant group, and the material approval one to be sure consistency, and completely of the two subject development.
