The Institute for Studies of Society, Economy and Environment (iSEE) is an independent non-profit organization working for rights of all human beings, including minorities. iSEE promotes freedom, equality and tolerance.

Main tasks

  • Develop and implement iSEE’s partnership and fundraising strategy based on the organization’s strategy and annual plan, with the support of the management team and the Institute Council

  • Build and manage iSEE’s public relations and partnerships

  • Identify best practices and incorporate new ideas for partnership building

  • Participate in designing programs and projects, and develop fundraising proposals

  • Implement different fundraising initiatives focusing on private and corporate funders

  • Develop and manage partnership database and fundraising tools/package

  • Represent iSEE in meetings and events

Main requirements

  • A Master’s degree preferably in management, communications, development, public policy and social sciences

  • At least 3 years experience in development, communications, civil society, corporate social responsibilities or related fields;

  • Strong presentation, writing and negotiation skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with limited supervision  

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Committed to the values, principles and working practices of iSEE, including social equality, rights-based approach and diversity.
