Programme Assistant

Brief:

For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) was established in 16 December 2014, licensed by Ministry of Home Affairs. It is a charitable, non-profit, social foundation;
aims to improve physical and mental health of Vietnamese children, for a mighty Vietnam.

VSF has been implementing three core programs: i) National School Milk Program; ii) Nurturing Talents Program; and iii) Nutritional Care for The Pregnant Program School milk – for Vietnamese Stature Program was built and operated by Ministry of Education, Vietnam Television and Voice of Vietnam, and For Vietnamese Stature
Foundation; in accordance with the Decision number 1340/QD-TTg by Prime Minister, with the target of improving nutritional status, enhancing the stature and health of kindergarten and primary students.

VSF is currently seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position: PROGRAME ASSISTANT

Report to: Coordinator
Workplace: Opera Business Center, 60 Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi
Type of job: Full -time
Expected starting date: 1/10/2017
Duration: 12 months

Main responsibility:

• Assist team in planning, implementing and monitoring of project activities
• Be responsible for performing general administrative tasks (such as preparing logistics for travels and events/meetings; sorting, screening and distributing incoming mail, pouch, fax and processing outgoing mail, fax, pouch; maintaining an effective office filing system, etc.)
• Any other reasonable, ad hoc tasks as required by team, e.g. translation from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.

Requirement:

• Dynamic, responsible, attention to details, strong passion for serving the society
• Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, and good organisational skill
• Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written)
• Education: University degree
• Work experience in programme/projects planning and management is preferable.
