Programme Officer

Towards Transparency is looking for a talented and experienced Program Officer to lead efforts on monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) and provide critical support for the effective implementation of the TI Vietnam Programme’s activities, in particular on citizen engagement and public sector advocacy. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, versatile and diligent young professional to be involved with a broad variety of TI/TT’s work. The position offers exciting opportunities for learning and development and stakeholder engagement, including in the international context. This position will support efforts in particular under Components B and C of the TI Vietnam programme, 2013-2015 period. Please refer to the Job Description for details.
