Vacancy: Public relations and Capital sourcing Manager

Role:

The Public relations and Capital sourcing Manager is responsible for managing the loan officers, organizing, deploying and supervising fundraising programs. The Manager’s role may cover the responsibility of seeking and developing partner relationships with entities, sending direct emails, organizing fundraising events, mobilizing and seeking for support from credit organizations, non-government organizations, enterprises, state management agencies, entities and other legal organizations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Fundraising activities:
    • Doing research and seeking for access to credit organizations, governmental agencies and other agencies that hold the potential of supporting grants for the organization.
    • Compiling and presenting proposals.
    • Managing the entire process of asking for grants, and ensuring that regular reports are tracked and controlled to meet the granters’ expectations.
    • Developing relationships among main granters, determining big and potential granters, while maintaining and nourishing those relationships.
    • Attending big events and forums related to fundraising activities.
  • Management and financial activities:
    • Making plans for fund’ s annual budget and cash flow; then handing for approval
    • Tracking and controlling fund’s annual budget and cash flow.
    • Writing, tracking and reporting on financial activities’ progress.
    • Completing administrative tasks: updating database system, preparing reports, tracking cash flow regarding all activities of fundraising department.
    • Recruiting and supervising volunteers and collaborators for fundraising projects.
  • Marketing and public relations activities:
    • Managing public media: internet, media means, emails, etc.
    • Contacting officials that write materials, printing companies,…to prepare documents needed for fundraising promotion.

Capacity requirement:

  • At least a bachelor degree from university, majoring in economics, finance, banking, stocks, foreign trade or equivalent.
  • At least 3 – year – experience in fields of finance, auditing, accounting; with at least 2 – year – experience in management. Candidates that have direct experience in capital sourcing, fund raising will be listed as priorities.
  • Good knowledge about finance.
  • Good relationships with banks, financial organizations and free capital broker network will be a remarkable advantage.
  • Ability to organize and manage work scientifically
  • Ability to exchange information: Documents that ask for grants must be convincing, inspiring in order for people to pledge on community missions.
  • Communication and relationship creating skills: Being able to interact constantly with other people, persuade them about the organization’s values, as well as consciousness about social responsibilities.
  • Skills in doing research paying attention to details: Being able to look for various statistics and information sources, being able to do research on trends and evaluate expenses.
  • Creativity: Being able to come up with extremely important ideas, in order to draw more attention from the public.
  • Good English communication skills and good computing skills.
  • Ability to work with high intensity and flexibility.
  • Good conformity to principles on professional work manner, honesty and carefulness.
