PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified agency to produce an 1-2 minutes video on Zero Malaria Campaign for PSI. Please study the details in the attached RFP and related materials at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0Bx9m4avjdajMTVFzYnhfS1JNNTg  for your reference and submit your technical proposal & quotation separately paying attention to the followings:

1. Use PSI financial proposal: SVC-17-30 Zero Malaria Campaign Video (attached) and Technical scoring to develop your proposal
2. Properly signed and stamped your quotation & technical proposal
3. Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in 2 separated and sealed envelop with title “SVC17-30 Zero Malaria Campaign Video”
4. Send your technical proposal & quotation separately via one of the followings:

  • Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
  • Send it via post to the above-mentioned address

Final creative and financial proposals are due to PSI via separate sealed envelopes by 12:00 PM 16th October 2017
