Salary Policy Experts

The Project “Supporting the Implementation of Public Administration Reform Projects in Bac Giang, Can Tho, Da Nang and Ha Tinh” funded by UNDP (called Public Administration Reform Project- Ministry of Home Affairs) support the implementation of public administration reform projects in Bac Giang, Can Tho, Da nang and Ha Tinh.

In 2015 approved annual work plan, PMU of PAR MOHA will support Department of Salary Policy of MOHA to carry out a Proposal called “Research on conversion of state budgeted regular income of cadres and public servants into official salary, aiming at proposing a managerial mechanism and resources/revenues creation”, a crucial step for income solution and salary improvement for cadres, civil servants and public employees. A group of 02 national salary policy experts will be recruited to assist PMU of PAR MOHA and Salary Policy Dept to implement necessary tasks.

Work duration: 62 days starting May 2015.
Work locations: in Hanoi and other locations, as required by project.
