I used to work in NCCD office.
In November 2008, I started to work in Department of Child Protection and
Care, MOLISA.

Mr. Nguyen Cong Hieu and I would like to participate in the meeting on 14
Jan.

If possible, we would like to present a proposal on the Helpline for PWD in
Vietnam.
It may take 15 to 20 minutes.
We are looking for your cooperation and supports in this poposal.
