Dear Mr. Duc, Mr. Hieu and all,

Thanks Duc for your interest to join with us and willingness to share 
your program.
we have discussed with our meeting facilitators and we all agreed to add 
your presentation after the presentation of VNAH. It 's also a good 
chance for all of us to comment
for MOLISA's initiative on how to help PWD more better.

So our agenda will be changed litle bit, which are as bellow:

3:30 - 3:45: Discussion
3:45 - 4:00: Presentation from Department of Child Protection and Care - 
MOLISA about proposal on the Helpline for PWD in Vietnam
4:00 - 4:10: Discussion
4:10 - 4:40: Brainstorming for Workplan of DWG in the year 2010 - next 
meeting
4:50: Close meeting
