[dmwg] DMWG monthly meeting (12 May, 2 pm in NGO RC): tentative agenda

Dear DMWG members,

I am happy to send out invitations for the monthly DMWG meeting that will be held on Tuesday, 12 May, from 2 to 3.30 pm. in NGO RC.

The objectives of the meeting are:
1. Assess the readiness/availability of Pandemic contingency plans: H1N1 situation
2. Seek inputs about NDMP phase III plans
3. Updates from NGOs about disaster/pandemic initiatives

Kindly find attached the draft agenda and revised minutes of previous monthly meeting.

As usual, don't hesitate to suggest other discussion issues or agenda points to ensure that the meeting is relevant and useful for disaster practitioners in Vietnam.
