Subject: Reuters Foundation Disaster Reporting Course in Hanoi looking for
speaker
Reuters Foundation in collaboration with VTV is organising a course on
Disaster Reporting for journalists from 22-26 June
http://www.reuterslink.org/courses/disaster_hanoi_june09.htm
They are looking for a presentator/speaker from an aid agency to give the
perspective of aid workers, their constraints, their experiences with
journalists good and bad, what is the best way to contact them, how to
converge the (sometimes divergent) goals of aid workers and journalists,
etc.
So if any of the members may be available for this event please reply
to Thin, Reuters AlertNet's Humanitarian Correspondent, South East Asia
cc'd above.
Many thanks
Yen
