Sub: 2009 Annual Report submission

Dear friends and colleagues,

This is to follow up on COMINGO’s letter dated November 30, 2009 
requesting INGOs working in Vietnam to submit Annual Report 2009 by 
December 15, 2009. We have so far received very few reports delivered on 
the indicated date. It is causing us certain difficulties in 
consolidating statistics, analyzing as well as planning activities for 
the coming year.

Though we understand that you would may also be busy during this time, 
we appreciate those of you who have sent your documents on-time, and we 
urge all other INGOs to quickly deliver the annual report to COMINGO via 
the People’s Aid Coordinating Committee. The extended time for 
submission is January 7, 2010. Beyond this date, PACCOM may take to 
understand that this requirement is not met.
