Dear colleagues in the Climate Change and Disaster Management WGs,

I am pleased to announce that Catholic Relief Services is welcoming a
new representative in Vietnam - Ms. Sanda Rihtman. Sanda has worked for
CRS for over 13 years in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, as part of
CRS' global Emergency Response Team and most recently as Acting Country
Representative in the Philippines. I'm sure she will be an active
participant and contributor to both working groups.

As you might have heard, I am going on a 6 month leave of absence from
CRS to work on my PhD in England. My family is staying in Hanoi, and I
expect to be back in Vietnam often. I look forward to meeting you again
soon - it's been a pleasure cooperating on many issues over the years.
