Dear DMWG members,

 

Hanoi School of Public Health collaborates with ADPC organized an
Inter-Regional training course on Public Health Management in Asia and
Pacific (PHEMAP-10). We are looking for possible facilitators for Module 10D
Mgt of Supplies and Logistics and Module 10E UN Cluster Coordination System.
I am writing to kindly request you recommend the possible facilitators for
these modules.  I forward email from organizer and Course time table for
your reference.

1.       We trust that you have received the draft Agreement we sent last
week. Yesterday was a public holiday here.

 

2.       We are sending herewith the revised PHEMAP-10 Timetable including
the Facilitators assignment. We have sent this document to the PHEMAP
Steering Committee for their information and review. Please refer to the
status of our Facilitators:

 

a.       We sent the invites to the following facilitators:

b.       We still need to send the invites/follow-up  the following
facilitators:

3.       Dr Nhu, please confirm your availability to the Modules that we
have assigned you to co-facilitate.

 

4.       We would like also to request for your kind assistance regarding
possible Facilitators for Module 10D Mgt of Supplies and Logistics (from WHO
or other experts from UN & INGOs). If we will have the names, we will write
to them. We also asked Dr Pesigan for some recommendations and we are
waiting for his reply.

 

5.       Also for Module 10E UN Cluster Coordination System: do you have a
UN-OCHA country office in Hanoi? We will also contact the UNOCHA Office here
in BKK.
