I'm relieved to know that the typhoon has weakened and is off to China.
Geoff Shepherd, the AP HEA Director, got in touch with me to work with you on a update for the partnership. He has been in contact with your ND, Danny, earlier.

If you could draft something up by today on how the typhoon has passed, what WV did and on-going efforts, it'll be great. Just send over to me and I will help to look through before getting a final approval from Geoff and then, your ND can send it out to the partnership
