[dmwg] Please update the Mapping of COVID-19 Response

Dear Colleagues,

Please find the attached file for Mapping of COVID-19 Response. Until 
now there are some organizations filled in the mapping.

If your organisation are working on Covid 19 Response, please kindly 
share the response as well as your organization's plan in the coming 
time. This mapping is very useful for  all DMWG members to make great 
collaboration and avoiding the duplication support if any.
