Dear colleagues,

We are currently reviewing the work we have done on EMMA last year
(particularly the EMMA mission, the report, outcome of the whole process,
etc.) and would greatly appreciate if you could answer the following few
questions:

- Have you read the EMMA report? If yes, what is your perception on
the quality and usefulness of the report? If no, what is the reason?

- If yes, were the findings and recommendations of the report
useful for your work in the field? How exactly?

- Did the EMMA report result into a specific intervention or
support in Quang Binh or any other province? What exactly? If not, what
might be the reason?

- Was the EMMA report used in communication towards donors? If not,
why?

- Any other remarks are welcome!

Thank you in advance for your input into this short review. This will help
us in planning for next year.

Best regards,

Miguel Coulier
