[dmwg] Announcement of new chairmanship and reminder for the next DMWG meeting this Friday - 18 March at NGORC

Dear Colleagues,

Firstly, thank you all core group members for coming and contribution to 
the core group meeting last week. It was a very productive meeting. The 
output of the meeting will be shared with you by Mr. Ninh later on.

We would like to give great thanks to Plan International and Action Aid 
Vietnam, both organisation had held the chairmanship of the DM Working 
Group for the last sixth months successfully, especially to our two 
"NINH" Nguyen Trong Ninh and Dao Ngoc Ninh for their great efforts and 
contribution to DMWG activity.  We look forward to the continued 
cooperation and active participation from the Plan international and AAV 
team.

Secondly, let join us in congratulating Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen - Disaster 
Response  and Mitigation Manager from Habitat for Humanity, who will 
take the chairmanship role of DMWG for the next six months!

We are sure that she will maximise the Working Group's achievements 
during the time that she holds the position of chair.

As usual, our next meeting will be on the third Friday of the month 
(this Friday - 18 March). Please give your comments to Yen for our 
meeting agenda.
