Dear Colleagues,

 

Oxfam in Vietnam is looking for a national Consultant team to conduct a
policy research on post-disaster Government's Compensation Policies for
Smallholder Farmers in Ha Tinh province. Attached please find the Terms of
Reference (ToR) of this research. 

Interested candidates are invited to send their research proposals
(including CVs, detailed Research Proposal, Research Plan and Budget
Estimate) in English by e-mail before COB March 25, 2011 to the following
