The People's Aid Coordinating Committee (PACCOM) would like to send our 
warmest greeting to you all!

On the day of 14 March, PACCOM has sent you the invitation letter to the 
Conference on Strengthening the Co-operation between Vinh Long and 
INGOs, which will be held at Meeting Hall of the People’s Committee, No. 
88 Hoang Thai Hieu Can street, Vinh Long city. However, this meeting 
will be on /_Thursday_//_, _//_07 March 2011_/ instead of 08 March as in 
our previous email (please see below). Other details remain unchanged.

Please accept our apology for this mistake and inconvenience may caused.
