[dmwg] Fwd:the minutes of Regional Workshop in Lam Dong and Tuyen Quang provinces

Dear Colleagues,

ISG MARD is pleased  to update you that the similar regional workshop on 
NTP- NRD for the Mekong region is going to take place on October 5, 2011 
in Tra vinh. Please, contact Mr. Cuong or Lam from the Department of 
Economic Cooperative and RD, MARD for registration, invitation letter 
and paper presentation.
I also enclose herewith the minute of  the one in Dalat to be held from 
September 14 - 15, 2011 in Vietnamese and English and the Vietnamese 
version of the one in Tuyen Quang to be held on September 21, 2011. The 
English version will come out soon. We believe that we missed many of 
you and the opportunities to listen to your practical experiences in 7 
regions regarding to the NTP -NRD implementation.  Your further written 
on your experiences, recommendations  sent ISG MARD  will be highly 
welcome and documented  for the National Workshop on the implementation 
of the NTP - NRD: Opportunities and Challenges to be held tentatively in 
early November 2011.
