[dmwg] invitation to regular monthly DMWG on 21 October

Thank you for your active participation into the previous emergency meetings on response preparedness to typhoons and Mekong flood.

I would like to invite you to attend the monthly DMWG on 21 October at NGO Resources Center from 2h00 to 4h00 PM. Please see below draft meeting agenda:

2h00 to 3h00 PM: update on Mekong flood and ongoing response by DMWG members

3h00 to 4h00PM: Sphere translation and follow-up planning by Viet Oxfam and Miguel UNDP

Please let me know if you can attend it and one more additional topic to this monthly meeting. I am sorry for a short notice.
