HIẾN KẾ ĐỂ HÀNH CHÍNH KHÔNG CÒN "HÀNH LÀ CHÍNH"


We at UNDP have jointly launched with VietNamNet e-newspaper an online survey at www.hienkecchc.vn to ask the general public about their views of public administration reform in general and experience in dealing with administrative procedures in particular. They are also asked to advice on how to move PAR forward in the next decade. 
 
Findings from this online survey will be critical inputs to contribute to the GoV's on-going review of the Public Administration Reform Master Plan in the period from 2001-2010 and their search for ways to move forward with the next phase of PAR MP.
