<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>From 23 to 24 February, Vietnamese network of PLHIV (VNP+) has organized a training on “Develop plan for set up provincial network of PLHIV” with participation of 40 PLHIV who come from Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Ninh Binh, Thai Binh, Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Hue.</FONT></DIV>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><o:p><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3> </FONT></o:p></DIV>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>After the workshop, all provinces have got their own concept of the network, understand on missions of the network. They have identified organizational mechanism of the network as well as identified all challenges during process of setting up the provincial network.</FONT></DIV>
