<p><span style="" lang="EN-GB">CESVI, an Italian NGO who
has been working in Vietnam
since 1991 with projects in the sectors of health, nutrition, rural
micro-finance, water and sanitation, and education, has been implementing an
European Commission funded project on<b style=""><i style=""> basic human rights for vulnerable groups</i><em><span style="font-style: normal;">
</span><span style="">in Hai Phong and Quang Ninh</span></em></b><em><span style="font-style: normal;">.</span></em></span></p>

<p><span style="" lang="EN-GB">We are now looking for
consultants to implement the training of trainers, which is a core activity
under the framework of the project.</span></p>

<p><span style="" lang="EN-GB">The training consists of
two modules; accordingly we call for the application of the consultants who are
interested and qualified to cover both modules or selected module suitable to their
own expertise.<span style="">  </span></span></p>
