Dear S-CCWG members,

Upon CARE's request and be confirmed by our host - WWF, we will have our meeting an hour earlier, now at 2pm. The venue and schedule are kept the same as before, only one additional discussion will be between 2pm to 3pm about the mapping survey of CSO network in Mekong Delta on climate change. The survey is to  assess current achievements, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities etc. and find ways to support civil society engaged in climate change in the South more comprehensively in the coming years. This slot will be facilitated by Mr. Nguyen Trong Ninh - Climate Change Adaptation consultant of CARE.

Dear S-CCWG members,

On behalf of the core group, I would like to invite you to the S-CCWG meeting with information as followed:
Date and time: 18th May 2015, 3 pm - 5 pm
Venue: WWF office, 18 Tu Xuong, District 3

The agenda:

*         Round introduction (20')

*         discuss things related to Ecosystem based Adaptation (EBA): relationships between Community based Adaptation (CBA) and EBA, EBA methodology, experiences during EBA process and existing EBA reports. Group discussions would follow presentations (1h15')

*         Tea break in between above sections (15')

*        Discussion on the next meeting (10')

Logistic:

*         WWF office will offer meeting facilities (beamer), hot and cold water, cups. And there is a parking place available in WWF building

*         Participants please bring along some cookies, tea/ coffee bags so we can share to each others

*         Please notice that all related costs should be covered by your own organizations.
