hỏi ý kiến Vụ SKBMTE (BYT) đưa một số can thiệp dinh dưỡng
vào. Mình sẽ cần góp ý cho cả hai dự án.</span>

trẻ DTTS và MN dưới 5 tuổi xuống còn XX%; còn ví dụ mục tiêu
cụ thể đến năm 2025 có thể là: Tỷ lệ % bà mẹ cho con bú
hoàn toàn trong 6 tháng đầu…</span></p>

theo nội dung đang đặt ra như trong dự thảo này, An đề xuất
sẽ có 3 tiểu dự án:</span></p>

chỉ tập trung vào mảng 1000 ngày đầu đời thôi.</span>

. Không rõ đây là hỗ trợ 1 lần hay là hỗ trợ hàng tháng; hỗ
trợ bằng hiện vật hay bằng tiền… Tuy nhiên, dù hỗ trợ
bằng cách nào thì đây cũng ko phải là cách phù hợp và bền vững
để cải thiện dinh dưỡng cho bà mẹ và trẻ em, chưa kể
là việc hỗ trợ sữa dinh dưỡng có thể bị các công ty/doanh
nghiệp sữa vận động để tiêu thụ sản phẩm cho họ, trong
khi ko có hiệu quả cao trong việc cải thiện dinh dưỡng một
cách bền vững (so với sử dụng các thực phẩm đa dạng, có
sẵn tại địa phương)</span>

Quan ngại thứ 2 của An trong tiểu dự
án 8.2 là cách tiếp cận đang là “dùng các gói hỗ trợ để motivate
người dân đến gần dịch vụ y tế” chứ ko phải cách tiếp
cận là “đưa dịch vụ tiếp cận đến người dân”. Nếu
làm theo cách đầu tiên thì tính bền vững sẽ như thế nào, liệu
khi ko có gói hỗ trợ người dân còn tìm đến dịch vụ ko? Làm
sao gói hỗ trợ phù hợp được với văn hóa và thực hành của
đồng bào? Ví dụ như gói hỗ trợ bỉm sơ sinh, tã sơ sinh…

Ở vùng sâu vùng xa, vai trò của cô đỡ
