Ben PATH vua cung nhan duoc cong van cua Cuc Thue. Ho yeu cau ke khai bo sung phan chi tiet thu nhap duoc mien thue cua nguoi nuoc ngoai va nop lai trong vong 10 ngay. 

Nhan tien cho minh hoi, trong buoi hop hom truoc co mot so to chuc co noi la giu lai income tax cua tien cong tac phi tra cho consultant (khoan tien tu VND 500.000 tro len). Khong biet day la huong dan cua ben Cuc Thue hay co quy dinh ro rang ve dieu nay (vi theo nhu luat thue hien nay thi tien cong tac phi la khoan duoc mien thue).

Chao ca nha,

Ben minh da nop to khai thue theo yeu cau den Cuc Thue HN theo dung han dinh. Nhu da thoa thuan hom truoc trong Admin group Meeting thi chung ta se khong ghi chi tiet so thue duoc mien cua ca nhan expat do. Hom nay ben Cuc Thue vua dien thoai thong bao ben minh phai ghi ro chi tiet khoan thue duoc mien. Va noi da co cong van cho tat ca cac to chuc khong ghi ro con so chi tiet.

Vay co ben nao cung duoc Cuc thue thong bao nhu vay chua. Neu khai thi se khai nhung thong tin gi? Minh tam liet ke thi co:
- Luong
- Thuong
- Ve may bay khu hoi cho ca gia dinh hang nam
- School fee
- Insurance
-  etc.

Co khai het nhu the khong hay nhung khoan von da duoc tax free roi (nhu ve may bay, school fee tra ho) thi khong can khai vao nua
