Ben minh nam 2009 co giu thue thu nhap cua tat ca cac consultant la 10% ma khong phan biet da co Ma So Thue hay chua co (do quy dinh ve viec lam MST duoc gian cho den cuoi nam 2009). 

Sang dau nam 2010 ben minh dang ban khoan lieu giu 10% thue doi voi nguoi da co MST va 20% thue doi voi nguoi chua co MST co dung khong. Cho minh hoi kinh nghiem sang nam 2010 cac to chuc khac dinh withhold thue cua consultant ntn?

1. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (1 position), work base: Hanoi.

Main  Responsibilities: The position supports the ministry of WV Vietnam in maintaining  a  high  level  of  support  services  in  the  area of office administration.  It  will  also  assist  the  Finance,  Administration & IT Director  in  managing  and coordinating administrative functions to ensure that the office properties are maintained, secured and properly managed.

Requirements:

   College/University graduate in any field.
   Three year's relevant experience in office administration.
   Good supervisory skills.
   Strong organizational and management skills.
   Good interpersonal skills.
   Be able to work well in a team environment.
   Knowledge  of  office  machines,  such  as  fax,  telephone  system, and
   photocopier is an advantage.
   Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview and emotional maturity.

2. FINANCE OFFICER (1 position), work base: Hanoi.

Main  Responsibilities:  The position assists the Finance, Administration & IT  Director  to ensure financial records comply with WV Financial Policies and  Procedures by assisting with the preparation of accounting reports and statements,  reconciling accounts, processing and reviewing journal entries and  vouchers,  processing  National  Staff  monthly  payroll and providing support to achieve all Finance Department and audit requirements.

Requirements:
   University degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
   Three   years   relevant   work  experience,  including  areas  of  bank
   reconciliation,   journal   preparation,   general   ledger,   financial
   statements and government tax requirements.
   Knowledge of accounting theory and financial analysis is required.
   Willing to travel frequently.

Common Requirements:
   Good computer skills.
   Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
   World   Vision  Vietnam  is  a  Christian  non-government  organization.
   Applicants  having  working experience in a similar kind of organization
   will be an advantage.
