JOB VACANCIES
World Vision International – Vietnam (WVV) invites Vietnamese competent
candidates for the following positions:
1. PROGRAM MANAGER (01 position), working for the End Trafficking In
Person program. Work base: Hanoi.
The End Trafficking In Persons (ETIP) Program is a 5 - year program life,
designed with three ‘pillar projects’—the Prevention Pillar Project, the
Victim Protection Pillar Project, and the Policy Advocacy Pillar Project.
It will be implemented in the 6 Greater Mekong Sub-region countries due to
continuing need to combat trafficking in this sub-region and to maximize
World Vision’s comparative advantage in being able to work across borders.
Main Responsibilities: To support WVV to manage the design, implementation,
and monitoring & evaluation of the ETIP Program.
Requirements:
· University graduate in any field, preferably in law, community
development, or social studies.
· 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in human
anti-trafficking.
· Demonstrated capacity in program management.
· Well-developed leadership skills including representation,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in managing and supervising staff.
· Excellent English skills.
· Good computer skills (word processing, excel).
· World Vision Vietnam is a Christian non-government organization.
Applicants having working experience in a similar kind of
organization will be an advantage.
2. PROJECT COORDINATOR - Victim Protection Pillar Project (01 position),
working for the End Trafficking In Person program. Work base: Hanoi.
Main Responsibilities: To support the ETIP Program Manager to manage the
design, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of the Victim Protection
Pillar Project.
Requirements:
· University graduate in any field, preferably in law, community
development, or social studies.
· 2 years relevant experience, preferably in human anti-trafficking.
· Good coordination and team work skills.
· Excellent English skills.
· Good compute skills (word processing, excel).
· World Vision Vietnam is a Christian non-government organization.

3. GOVERNMENT RELATIONS AND ADVOCACY ASSISTANT (01 position), work base:
Hanoi.
Main Responsibilities: To support the Director – External Relations and
Advocacy with administrative assistance to maintain strong relationships
with WV’s government partners at all levels and work with related
departments and field staff to ensure the effective integration of advocacy
into WVV’s programs.
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in any field.
· At least 1 years relevant work experience in a cross cultural
setting, preferably INGOs.
· Good oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
· Strong interpersonal skills. Having sense of courtesy and diplomacy
in dealing with government and external partners.
· Good knowledge about the administrative and legislation systems of
the country. Be sensitive in dealing with government relations.
· Ability to relate well with different nationalities.
· Good computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.

4. TRỢ LÝ DỰ ÁN – Y TẾ (1 vị trí) – làm việc tại Chương trình phát triển
vùng (CTPTV) Lang Chánh.
Chương Trình Phát Triển Vùng (CTPTV) là hình thức phát triển cộng đồng lấy
trẻ em làm trọng tâm, chú trọng đến sự tham gia của người dân, tính bền
vững, và lồng ghép với các hoạt động về an ninh lương thực, phát triển nông
nghiệp, kinh doanh nhỏ, y tế, dinh dưỡng, giáo dục, cung cấp nước sạch và
vệ sinh.
Nhiệm vụ chính:
Hỗ trợ Trưởng CTPTV xây dựng kế hoạch, thực hiện, giám sát, đánh giá tiến
độ các hoạt động của dự án Y tế nhằm đạt được các mục tiêu đã đề ra.
Yêu cầu:
· Tốt nghiệp đại học/ cao đẳng, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Tiếng Anh, Y, Y tế
công cộng hoặc Phát triển cộng đồng.
· Có kinh nghiệm liên quan hoặc kinh nghiệm về công tác phát triển cộng
đồng.
· Có trình độ tiếng Anh khá trở lên.
· Ham học hỏi và có khả năng tự học.
· Biết sử dụng máy vi tính, thành thạo các phần mềm Microsoft Word,
Excel.
· Làm việc toàn thời gian tại huyện Lang Chánh.
· Tầm Nhìn Thế Giới là tổ chức phi chính phủ Cơ đốc giáo. Kinh nghiệm
làm việc trong các tổ chức tương tự sẽ là lợi thế.

làm việc tại Chương trình phát triển vùng (CTPTV) Như Xuân.
Nhiệm vụ chính: Giúp CTPTV nâng cao chất lượng dự án Xây dựng năng lực và
hệ thống Thiết kế - Thực hiện – Giám sát – Đánh giá theo chuẩn mực của Tổ
chức Tầm Nhìn Thế Giới
Yêu cầu:
· Tốt nghiệp đại học/cao đẳng, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Phát triển cộng đ
ồng, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc Sư phạm.
· Có kỹ năng đào tạo và xây dựng năng lực.
· Có kinh nghiệm liên quan hoặc kinh nghiệm về công tác phát triển cộng
đồng.
· Có trình độ tiếng Anh cơ bản với kỹ năng đọc khá.
