Tau district, 1 based in Van Yen district, Yen Bai province
	2. Project Assistant - Watsan Project (1 position): based in Yen Thuy
district, Hoa Binh province
	3. Dien Bien Cluster Officer - Health/Watsan/HIV-AIDS (1 position):
based in one district of Dien Bien province (Muong Cha, Tuan Giao, Dien
Bien Dong or Tua Chua district)
	4. Dien Bien Cluster Officer - Agriculture/ Economic Development (1
position): based in Tua Chua district, Dien Bien province
