[Ngo-admin] Partage looking for an activity coordinator

Dear Chi Ha,

Partage is looking for hiring a coordinator responsible for our 
scholarship programme in 4 districts (3 dist. in HCMC and 1 in province).
This person is in charge of collaborating with our local partners for 
disbursing scholarships and providing leisure activities to the children 
part of the programme.
Negotiator and doer, he/she is the interface between Partage in Vietnam 
and the local authorities, and at the same time he/she is capable of 
leading the activities.
