Dear EMWG members,



Within the joint Technical Assistance between Irish Aid and World Bank to
the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs, earlier this year in January we
organized a consultation meeting on the first drafts of the new design and
circular guiding the implementation of Program 135 within NTP-SPR
2016-2020. During and after that workshop, we have received valuable
contributions from many development partners based on which the drafting
team has been able to revise the two deliverables. At this stage, we would
like to invite you to attend the consultation workshop together with
government agencies so as to gather your feedbacks on the revised package
before the final submission of NTP-SPR's design. Information of the
workshop is as follows:



*Time: 8:00-12:00, Wednesday April 20th 2016*

*Venue: Khan Quang Do Hotel, 189 Hoang Hoa Tham, Hanoi*



*(A tentative agenda is attached for your information). *
