CARE on behalf of Gender Core Group of UNWOMEN, GIZ and CCWG is looking for an international consultant and a national consultant to undertake a combination of desk review, expert consultation, interview and workshop if any to draft an analysis of the gender gap in current Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) and develop a policy brief to support the strategic way forward for a sound mainstreaming of gender into the NDC2.
