Dear Colleagues,

iSEE  is looking for a consultant for its policy analysis focuses on poverty
causes, policy portfolio and concerned stakeholders. iSEE is looking for a
consultant to provide this analysis. This consultant should have expertise
in policy analysis and familiar with issues faced by ethnic minorities. This
assignment should complete by 30 August 2009. *(Please find attached Term of
Reference for further information). *
