[Ngo-emwg] Calling for your participation and contribution in the Workshop on Sharing Experience on Gender Equality at Ethnic Minorities and Hardship Areas

Dear Colleagues,

Some of our members (iSEE, Oxfam Great Britain, Oxfam Hong Kong and 
Caritas Switzerland) are supporting the Committee for Ethnic Minority 
Affairs (CEMA)
to develop a special policy to promote gender equity in areas where 
ethnic minorities living. The assignment involves (i) secondary data review;
(ii) field trips in Lai Chau, Gia Lai, An Giang and Tuyen Quang 
provinces. In order to utilize available knowledge and experience,
we request you to send us your research reports or useful documents 
about gender issues in your program areas to emwg at ngocentre.org.vn 
<mailto:emwg at ngocentre.org.vn>. before 26 August 2010.

If you are willing to present your studies/knowledge, we would like to 
invite you to a meeting jointly chaired by representatives from CEMA and 
EMWG at 9 a.m on 31 August 2010 at the Meeting Room of NGO Resource 
Centre, F1 Building, La Thanh Hotel, 218 Doi Can Street, Hanoi.
