[Ngo-emwg] Draft policy on supporting people living in very rocky and high mountainous areas by CEM

Dear EMWGers,
The Committee for Ethnic Minorities (CEM) is drafting a policy typically 
supporting agriculture and infrastructure for people who lives in very 
rocky and high mountainous areas. CEM is seeking for comments on the 
first Draft from practitioners across Viet Nam. I would like to attach 
herewith a letter from CEM and the draft report. Any comment or feedback
