Beside several workshops on leadership topics, he has been working on complex social issues, including organizational business development, partnership building, stakeholder analysis and staff capacity building for the last 9 years. He enjoys facilitating cooperation in order to solve mutual problems. Above all, he strives to work on projects with a positive social impact. Mart holds a Master in Conflict Resolution and Governance from the University of Amsterdam (Cum Laude).

* Present steps of process of result based project design
* Learn various methods for designing results (for example: Theory of Change, Stakeholder Analysis, Outcome Mapping)
* Get insights in different RBM frameworks (e.g. Logical Framework, Results Frameworks, Theory of Change, Outcome Mapping)
* Apply RBM in the project cycle and then promote RBM instead of activities based management
* Learn how to design a results-based monitoring & evaluation plan, including OVIs (objectively verifiable indicators or progress markers)
* Learn to present results in short and concise ways
