[Ngo Climate Change] inputs from CCWG for the upcoming CG meeting

Dear All:

Following Fiona's email, just to provide additional clarification. The 
INGO Forum will take place this Friday (13 November); and the 
participants will be discussing possible key messages from INGOs 
regarding four different themes (including Climate Change). We are 
hoping to draft basic message(s) for every theme, from which the 4 CG 
representatives will build more detailed statements. Fiona's request 
remains the same - please send short paragraphs to Yen by next Monday 
(16 November) keeping in mind that the preliminary discussion will take 
place this Friday at the Forum.

I will work directly with CG representatives and make sure that all 
inputs get incorporated: your draft paragraphs, conclusions from the 
discussions at the Forum and any other input we may receive.
