[Ngo Climate Change] linking NGO and CSO participants frojm Vietnam to COP15

Dear All,

This is the final build up to COP15,  and we are all concerned to achieve
high impact and coordinated inputs from NGO voices.  International NGOs and
CSO groups are working together in many ways to achieve this.  To support
participants from Vietnam, the CCWG would like to invite you to let us know
if you are attending COP15 in Copenhagen so that we can help you to connect
with each other before you go.
