[Ngo Climate Change] Small funding for CCWG activities next 18 months

Dear All,

 

Some of you might hear about this programme presented by Morten of CARE. I
would like to announce the good news that CCWG got a small funding to
strengthen CCWG performance in the next 18 months as the first phase of the
Southern Voices Capacity Building Programme by Danida. CCWG is part of the
programme on strengthening climate policy networks in Africa, Asia, Latin
America and the Pacific. Please find attached more details about the
programme. We are planning to hire a full time coordinator for CCWG next
year.

 

This programme is also in line with our ongoing efforts to develop the joint
advocacy strategies with DMWG through JANI that I circulated earlier. We are
going to hire a consultant to facilitate our process.
