Grant Thornton Vietnam seeks 5 qualified Vietnamese Nationals to staff a team for the ADB-funded SOE Reform and Corporate Governance Facilitation Program: Consulting for Development of Information System Strategy.

This project aims to improve the IT capacity of the Song Da Corporation as part of its restructuring, assessing its IT needs, developing an IT Strategy, conduct a business process review, and recommend an IT solution.

Position requirements are as follows:

ICT Strategist:

·         Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or business management or a related study or equivalent experience.

·         At least 10 years of experience working at a senior level ICT position.

·         At least 8 years of experience developing an ICT Strategy with demonstrating the experience in successfully implementing similar ICT projects in construction.

·         5 years of experience conducting readiness, maturity and risk assessments related to business and ICT.

·         Good working knowledge of value chain analysis, enterprise architecture, human resource management, governance and metrics.

·         Track record and ability to apply multiple technical solutions to different business scenarios.

·         Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

·         Ability to translate business needs to technical requirements.

Enterprise Architect:

·         Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related study or equivalent experience.

·         5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solutions Architect with experience working directly with the users.

·         3 years of direct experience in ICT strategic planning.

·         Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments.

·         Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

·         Ability to translate business needs to technical requirements.

·         Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to different business scenarios.

·         Knowledge of business process reengineering principles and processes.

ICT Market Research Analyst

·         Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, market research or a related study or equivalent experience.

·         5 years of experience as an ICT Market Research Analyst.

·         Demonstrate active knowledge of the ICT market globally, in particular in the South East Asia markets.

·         Demonstrated knowledge of two of the following requirements: EPC, power generation, construction, and urban development and housing.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

·         Ability to draw compelling conclusions with partial data.

·         Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills and market forecasting capabilities.

Value Chain Analyst

·         Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related study or equivalent experience.

·         3 years of experience conducting value chain analysis.

·         Demonstrated knowledge on the applied use of ICT in business process and operations.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

·         Knowledge of business process reengineering principles and processes.

Business Process Analyst

·         Bachelor’s degree in business management, information technology or a related study or equivalent experience.

·         At least 3 - 5 years of experience in business process re-engineering and delivering on process improvement projects.
